[PHP] SSL support for pgsql module in Windows binary distribution

Hi Is there any reason why SSL support for pgsql module is disabled by default in binary distribution for Windows (PHP 5.1.4 zip package)? I thing it'd be very useful if this feauture were compiled in. I sent this question to php-windows a few days ago with no response. Regards Peter
