Hello
the function mktime seems to return an incorrect value for
certain dates.
Example:
$the_day=mktime(0,0,0,03,30,03);
f the
languages also have mirrors, creating a ton of different choices, and
making it easy to confuse the visitor, as well as making extra,
unneeded work for the web team..
