get the details of Legacy Resolver Compatibility for Delegation Signer (DS)
support via documentation. Is the same supported by PDNS 4.x

After this i get a deb package but the default path of pdns.conf file is at
/usr/etc/ and not at /etc/powerdns/pdns.conf
what all things i am missing above to make the above change happen.
