4.x development.

I am new to PDNS, and has an architectual question:
If i want to use PDNS for serving ENUM, A and SRV records in an internal
closed network, should i then setup both an authoritative and recursive
server ? Or is the authorative server enough ?
The load is around 10-15 requests pr second.
