This is, unfortunately, impossible since I don't control all the names
and can't get a zone transfer from the main DNS server.

when I check my Email Server log I found the following entry.
Received: from mail-eu2.powerdns.net (unknown [85.17.219.218])

Host mail-eu2.powerdns.net not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

I would suggest you configure an powerdns AUTH server which contains the entire
zone
and use option 'forward=zone.name=auth.server.ip' in recursor.conf instead.
Much cleaner approach.
