FYI, the download errors with thousands of "copy" files can be recovered ON LINUX - Don't know about other systems [1] - delete the *ERROR* files [2] - find the target "not-a-copy" file in the batch [3] - copy the file from [2] to a new file "XXX" [4] - append all the "copy" files to "XXX"
