Using a text editor, create the signature in a text file and save it
somewhere where you can edit it if needed at a later date.
For example:
"MRP Zensky Linux User Number 1234567"
and saved as pan-sig.txt
Now in Pan, go: Edit->Edit Posting Profiles.
Select the profile you wish to edit.

When you create or edit a posting profile (Edit->Edit Posting
Profiles), there is an option to add a signature.
This is in pan 0.145.
