FYI, the download errors with thousands of "copy" files can be recovered
ON LINUX - Don't know about other systems
[1] - delete the *ERROR* files
[2] - find the target "not-a-copy" file in the batch
[3] - copy the file from [2] to a new file "XXX"
[4] - append all the "copy" files to "XXX"

yENC decoding is built into PAN. You don't have to do anything special
to make it work, just download a yENC encoded file and magic happens.
