[Pan-users] Latest compressed headers fix

I finally got around to testing the latest compressed headers fixes and it seems to work with Supernews. It connects and retrieves headers anyway. Not sure how to verify that the headers are actually compressed. Maybe some visual feedback in the task manager that the headers are being compressed?

I've just noticed that 0.139 also seems to suppress signature blocks (or partially suppresses them). I noticed that the openSUSE forums' newsgroups (which I am an admin for and maintain the NNTP gateway from vBulletin for) started dropping signature blocks recently - so checked with a perl tool
