Could someone please clarify for me how to build Pan for running under
Windows?
I was able to follow the README.migw instructions until I got to the
point where it said to un-tar pan-win.tar.bz2. Where in the world do
you get pan-win.tar.bz2? I had no luck building it from the regular Pan
