I've been too button-happy and accidentally removed the pan mails that were
relevant to my subject, and therefore I am posting my matter to this new thread.
In a bug report [1], I propose an addition to have a cross-compilable setup
(based on the NSIS GPL'ed software, tested under Debi

Is any one else seeing lockups with 0.112? If I get new headers and
then click on the newsgroup pan will freeze up and I have to use kill.
After this if I restart pan, I click on the group and all acts
normally. I downgraded to 0.111 and am not seeing
Yes, the new version fixes my problems. It doesn't crash anymore
after loading headers. I can see that this is one of the bugs that
was fixed in the release notes. :-)

Today I emerged pan 0.112 on my Gentoo box and I noticed something I
hadn't before, scrolling through the header list has become rather
slow :(
