[Openstack] [Cinder][vmware] unable to attach the volume to an instance

I have a controller node and the compute node. The cinder service and cinder volume is running in controller. Controller and compute nodes are in one vcenter server and there is another vcenter server which manages the instances. I get the following error when i tried to attach the volume. Detail
