Good catch, Miss C! I'm seeing this in both the release and development
Viewers.
I talked to Q and he doesn't see any reason we can't make that
page publicly accessible so I'll create a version of it on the public wiki
and we'll change the reference on that floater as well.

I noticed that when I go into the debug menu on the login page to access the UI
tools, under the widget option there is a link to view widget lists, but it
takes me to wiki.lindenlab.com which is password protected. Would be so nice
to
have access to those lists.
