It's a third party module. Why it is not available in your particular linux
distribution you'll have to ask the distribution maintainers (Oracle) as for
example it's available in Opensuse

I am running oracle Linux with free nginx and I have been trying to
get the nginx-geoip2-module.so module. It's not in any repo that I
