Disabling "aio threads" totally fixed my problem, it had appeared after i
had enabled it.
I wasn't able to reproduce myself so i couldn't get a debug log when it
triggers..

I'm having a problem that comes on goes the past months:
The cache does not get updated as it seems to stay in "UPDATING" state. This
issue comes at random times/days.
