Both of these are known issues. The good news is that resgen now allows
a prefix to be set. This change is in the current cvs or you can
download a daily build at : http://nant.sourceforge.net/builds/

First of all, I would like to greet NAnt team for bringing us a tool
which saves hours of pain here at work.
Now for the request:
When trying to localize a project, I came accross a difficulty.
If I compile satellite assemblies with CSC task, I can prefix resources
to add but not localize
