Hey,
If it is acceptable for the NUnit team (and their users), then I don't see
why it wouldn't be for us.

hey all
Nant 0.86 seems to be shipping with a rather old version of nunit. Is
there a specific reason why ? I tried replacing the nunit dlls and it seems
like nant nunit tasks are not compatible with the later version of nunit ?

Forgive me for butting in, but I might have a hint that would help.
I thought CC.NET automatically directs NAnt to produce XML output which
can be merged. If I'm correct, you don't have to do any of this, it
should Just Work.

Not *all* of them. I leave Cobol.NET to themselves ;)

Yes - honours non-zero
Jeez Mike do you just sit on all the lists? =)
Ok, since this is a concern between ccnet and nant then you are
probably the perfect person to ask.
Using your method described in your blog, will cc.net still fail upon
failed unit tests? That was kind of the pretty feature I liked about
the nunit2

Alright, so I figured out my problem form yesterday. It helped that I
pointed it to which directory the test was in and boom, were done..
So unit tests are running and I'm happy. but I want the XML output
from Nunit so I can merge that with CC.NET 0.8.

Hello all,
I am trying to get Nant to work with Nunit v2.2.2. I'm using the nightly
build 'nant-0.85-nightly-2005-01-09', and it seems to be compiled
against Nunit 2.2.0.
I've tried to recompile the nant nightly against Nunit v2.2.2, but it

When I look in the manifest of the nunit.framework that we ship with

as that trace indicates its looking for. So I'm pretty sure we are
shipping nunit.framework build for 1.0.

Hi,
I am experiencing the same problem. From my discovery so far. Its
with NUnit being compiled against .NET v1.1 framework while your
current framework is v1.0. (I am assuming u have only .NET v1.0
framework like myself). Since, we can't have .config files for
assemblies I don't know what to d

Now, I am using NAnt 0.84 with NUnit 2.1, I am building my test assemblies using the nunit.framework.dll in the nant bin directory.
Right now, the message I get is the following (upon calling the nunit2 task):
