name NAnt.Win32Tasks
should perhaps be NAnt.MSNetTasks as the tasks in this assembly are not just
Win32-specific, but they are actually MS .NET specific ... This is definitely
something we need to look into ...

problem tooI set my system date back to 2003 for the build and it
worked..
