We have a number of builds that kick off about the same time. About half the time, the builds fail
with the attached log… has anyone seen this issue before. Is NDoc not safe to run concurrent?

can I find the tables in an MSI archive? Does MSDN Library have content on
the makeup of an MSI? That would probably be the best reference -
maybe someone can stick that in the WIKI or MSITask docs.
I've tried to compare and interpreter the info in a vdproj and the MSIT
Blah - I used to be of the "compactness" mindset as well. Then I remembered something
