Hi Gert. Somehow that directory didn't make it into my installation
point. I added it and now it reads the SLN file fine. If I may make a
suggestion perhaps an appropriate error message pointing to missing
binaries would be better than stating that the SLN is incompatible.

Can you check whether you have an assembly named NAnt.MSBuild.dll in \extensions\common\2.0 ?

"tagname" is used, but it actually is "tag".
