nGW64 gfortran issue
Can you provide some details? I just downloaded MinGW-w64 (so without
MSYS2) onto a laptop running Windows 10 and created a version of the
veneral hello program with gofrtran. It ran without any difficulties.

programmer, and used to use G77 and G95 on a Windows XP system.
OK. so now I have moved to the 21st century and Win 10 Professional and nothing
-cross-env is a set of makefiles and patches
for hundreds of packages, that build a fully operational cross compile
environment targeting windows. I should create a git project very soon,
while waiting for this to be integrated in mingw-cross-env (mxe).
