I have uploaded a new MSYS package, dated 20101010. It includes the latest
binaries from MinGW
I found that file at this location
"C:\MinGW64\x86_64-w64-mingw32\lib32\libctl3d32.a". I let MinGW install
itself to the defaul;t location.

but I am wondering if
there is a way to avoid this warning. I'll point out that I am building these
libraries using MSYS on Windows 7 64-bit.

Thanks again Ruben (I'm pretty sure it was you that answered this before - your
patience with me is appreciated as well). I have saved this response and
hopefully won't need to ask it again.

Well, it seems I missed a step on the wiki:
- open msys.bat and type: "sh /postinstall/pi.sh" (with
le or directory". Could you suggest
what I could try next?

I have MSYS installed along with MinGW64. I had a lot of help from this
group to get this working. I would like to know what files need to be
downloaded to get a complete version of MSYS? MSYS used to have an
installation file but this no longer seems to be available.

Lets hope this
I have been unsuccessful at getting MSYS to work with MinGW-w64. I also have
had problems getting the latest version of MSYS - there seems to be a lot of
files and I don't know what needs to be downloaded. Could anyone assist? My
OS is Windows 7 64-bit.
