[Mingw-w64-public] Missing sys/wait.h

Trying to build gcc 7 using MSYS2 environment. I have latest trunk from gcc git repository. configure ran without error. I see wait.h exists but wondering what configury magic to use so that it is found correctly. Thanks in advance, Jerry
