Why do you propose third-party GDB, when MinGW-W64 distributions
provides GDB for 32/64 bits?

The mingw-w64 distribution includes gdb, in the same bin dir gcc is.

Yes, native gdb is available in 32 bits and 64 bits variants. I got mine
from the MSYS2 project, as well
