[Mingw-w64-public] Fullscreen mode in Windows 7

I have heard that the command prompt can't be set to fullscreen, using alt+Enter or otherwise, for Windows 7. I can resize the MINGW window to fit the screen area in Windows 7, but I can't get rid of the window handles to make the black area truely full screen. Please, how may I acheive this i
