I'd like some help diagnosing an intermittent DMARC mung failure on
Mailman 2.1.29.
Some of the time DMARC munging works perfectly fine, and then seemingly
with no configuration changes, DMARC munging stops working. Then after
restarting Mailman it may start working again. -

where everyone would receive all posts (modulo those whose subscription is
paused, etc.), and a 2nd tier (subset of everyone) who would be allowed to

I have no idea where this question belongs to... but there might be some
knowing person out here, I hope!
We switched our lists to a new provider and now are using Mailman 2.1.20 from
Cpanel.
A user complained that his Thunderbird mail application (on MacOS X, if this
matters) does
because they weren't properly
authenticated. By default, all outgoing messages from .ch are DKIM
and SPF authenticated. Not sure about the mailing list messages,
though. Perhaps the Mailman needs authentication on its own.
This is a cPanel (56.0.21) installation of Mailman 2.1.20.
