[Mailman-Users] bogus subscription requests

I maintain a few lists using Mailman. Everything works fine. Except that with some regularity I receive subscription requests for the list mail...@myserver.com . The messages announcing the requests offer me a link to process the request. The link yields a 404 error

[Mailman-Users] incorrect spam labelling

Not sure if this is a mailman issue, but… Occasionally as moderator I see messages in which "***SPAM*** “ has been prepended to the subject line. The messages are not spam. I do not want to send them out to the list like that but cannot edit the subject line. Is there anything I can do? -Andrew
