Well, what about {mailmandir}/scripts/mailman? If you read the comments
it tells you how to install it in the right place and get Red Hat to
start it at boot time.

As I recall, you did an RPM install when you installed Red Hat.
Do you have /etc/init.d/mailman? That will work to start Mailman.
