You can't turn off only the moderated hold notice, but you can turn off
all held message notifications to the poster with General
Options

I'm not exactly comfortable doing this, but it
does make a certain sense in this particular
case. However, I don't see such an option.

Hello ALL
I have not been abe find where to allow members
to post messages to a mailing list without me needing to moderate it.
I just want people to be able to post as they want to without
any intervention by me. I have looked everywhere for it
to turn off this feature
