This isn't quite a feature of Mailman.
If you wanted to hack into Mailman and make that change, then it looks
like a good place to start would be:
~mailman/Mailman/MailList.py

i'd rather not change that, because i foresee a billion emails "why

normally, sent email doesn't contain "reply-to:" unless the
