With Mailman 2.1.3 on a FreeBSD 4.8 system, python 2.2.2, any lists I create are set to have the moderator bit off be default. I can change the bit to "moderator on" but even after doing that, the membership page changes back to "moderator off". Is this a feature or some bug? Thanks. __
