That's true. It's called README.POSTFIX.

Yes there is, just wrong casing:
mailman-2.1b2/README.POSTFIX
I don't remember about 2.0, I've moved to 2.1b3. Amongst many other
niceties, it interfaces nicely with postfix.

Umm. There actually _isn't_ such a file in the Mailman source.
However, I have recently set up Mailman with postfix on Darwin (OS X).
I found the instructions in the INSTALL file to be correct and helpful.
The one tricky thing for me was that I had to place the following
information in my /etc
