I don't know what happened, but earlier this morning, my subscribers
started getting list messages delivered on Hotmail again. We didn't do
anything, other than to ask a few of our subscribers to add our domain
to their "Safe List". At least for now, our issue seems to have solved
itself .. unt

The problem that I had initially and that you are apparently having
now is that at some point, they accept your mail and then silently
discard it. That hasn't happened to me again since the mitigation
period, but I'm never relaxed about it
