Look at Privacy options...->Sender filters

Thanks, I got it working. I just had to create the file manually and
change the permissions but it seems to be running, I have few lists up and
running, archived etc.
One more question:

I found a brief discussion of this topic in the archives but a
resolution still hasn't yet been posted that I've seen. Does anyone
