I would like to set up announcce lists that cannot be posted to by list
members or anybody else except a certain adress.
In the admin pages there is the option to define an adress for that, but
then any other posts from list members or else are held for approval.

I just switched to a new host that offers Mailman services. I'm attempting
to set up an Announce list, but can't seem to find the proper combination of
settings. I pored over both the settings, and the Manager's docs, but
couldn't find any info. Any pointers would be appreciated.
