I'm running Mailman 2.1.11. I know it's old and I do plan on updating in the
near future but in the meanwhile...
I have send_welcome_msg set to yes.
When some subscribes, the welcome message is not sent to
JoeUser@gmail.combut instead sent to
joeuser-ow...@gmail.com, which of course never gets de
