Dear List - after more than a year of loyal service, my mailman
configuration (1.0.9 on Debian) stopped working!
My /var/log/mailman/error shows:

Your footer probably has a "%C" (where C is some format character)
in it that you didn't intend. Use config_list to dump the footer
text and post it.
