I'm pretty sure this is a configuration issue on my part, but when I
send messages to my list, it will send with a:
To: <>
Though I'm not *quite* sure if that's the To: line, or the RCPT TO...
I suspect the latter.

Is it possible to use the Mailman software to send messages to those whose
e-mails I upload into the list database, although the addressees do not
register themselves? Can I ensure that they only receive messages from me,
the administrator, and not from others? If so, how. Thank you,

I have tried several things and I can't seem to get mailman to send a
message from a list without administrator approval. I have the following
options set:
In Privacy Options under General Posting Filters:
Must posts be approved by administrator? NO
Restrict posting privileges to list
