We are running mailman-2.1.1-5 on a Redhat 9 server.
Recently, (I think on Aug 30) we started getting the following error messages

I have gotten this error twice in the past two days...
I am trying to track down which list may be generating it, but
so far no luck. The only thing of note is that the machine was
rebooted 2 days ago (power outage). The box is called mail along
with other names...
