We recently moved a machine (physically) and for some reason the mailman
installation quit working.
I get the following error when viewing the main mailman page. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.

Here's another thing - if you insert an 'Approved: ' string that's
incorrect, the message is deleted (in a way that's unrecoverable,
