I set up a mailing list using Mailman 2.1.6 and all the configuration
seems correct, yet some messages sent to the list are not making it
to the group members (even though the messages appear in the list
archives). Has anyone else had this problem and if so, what did you
do to solve it? I a

The rpm shipped with Red Hat 9 is broken. Search the archives and find many
posts about this and the solution.

and sent a test email to it and I can see that the wrapper kicks in, but
no messages are delivered to any users and no messages are pending admin
tasks. The cron tasks appear to be setup correctly by default. Any ideas?

I'm running Mailman 2.1.1 on a FreeBSD 4.8 server, with Sendmail as the
MTA. It's installed from the Ports collection. We've been experiencing
a problem were a user posts to a list, and the message is not delivered
right away. From the mail logs, we can see that the post is being
processed
