I think I solved my issues, and they were simple. The only problems were that 1) I had accidentally typed DEFAULT_HOME_NAME or something like that instead of DEFAULT_HOST_NAME, and 2) I hadn't re-specified MAILMAN_OWNER after redefining DEFAULT_HOST_NAME in the mm_cfg.py file. I think I'm all
