I was looking over the Mailman website and came across this page:

I noticed that in every section of the todo list it actually repeats the
entire todo list from the very beginning to the end of that section...
as opposed to from the beginning of
Allow archive pages to be sorted with most recent post at the top of the
page instead of the bottom. This allows users to quickly view most
current messages at the top of the archive page without having to scroll
all the way down the page.
