Inform any list admins of their new passwords for
administering the list.

As a list admin. I have been able to "unsubscribe" other people using
"email" as in:unsubscribe (admin passwd) [EMAIL PROTECTED]
However I can't seem to get it to accept a subscribe message sent as follows:
