I found my problem. I use eTrust for firewall and other security products. I
turned off the firewall tonight and voila, the problem went away. So, now I
just have to try and figure out what in eTrust is stumping my butt. Thanks
to Mark and everybody else who tried to help.

I have written about this before and still have the problems, I viewed the
posts that Mark sent me with no real luck. Mostly lack of understanding.
Mark suggested it could be server side. I went to my server and they can do
everything on their side with no problems at all.
