Finally i have resolved all previous issues. Mail is being sent, recieved
etc etc
(the /var/log/mailman/error was chmod to 644 by default i changed it to 664
and web interface started working)
Now i have turned on iptables (no point having it on during testing) and

I want to add posts from inside my firewall, no posts will be coming from
outside the firewall. How would I make a posting to the list internally?
Would it be the same procedure as if the address was from outside the
