'who' (without quotes) and empty message.
Try to send a message with subject 'help' : you'll have all the directive
you can use by sending an email to -request.

Hello all,
Now that all the members of our list are in the MAILMAN system, I
can't find a way to export the names back to a plain text file for
archiving and moving. I can manage the names thru the MAILMAN
interface, but can't find a way to get them all back on to an up to
date text list.
