I'm trying to install mailman onto FreeBSD. When I ran ./configure, I

I am having trouble running the Configure script with Mailman 2.0.12
I run configure with any options and get:
Checking for CGI externsions ...no
./configure: test: unknown operator ==
Platforms is SunOS 5.8 (spark) with gcc
Any thoughts? Version 2.0.9 configured and built wit
