Mailman is Open Source, so if you have sysadmin rights to the server
that Mailman is running on, then you can do anything you would like,
including personalizing the standard notices.
The 2.0.x series does not let you do this by default, but you can edit
the Source code.

I'm a newbie to Mailman, and I apologize if this question has been answered earlier.
Is it possible to edit the standard notices that Mailman sends out when a posting by a
non-member is
held for approval? I wasn't able to find any way in the FAQ or documentation. Thanks
