We have an announce-only list (all members are moderated, moderated postings are rejected). There is a single list moderator and a single list administrator. For an unknown reason, bounce messages are being sent to both the administrator and moderator e-mail addresses. This is not typical

Hi. I'm running Mailman 2.1.5 on FreeBSD 4.9-RELEASE-p10 with Postfix. I actually have the same setup on two different servers and have been having the same problem on both. Every time Mailman gets restarted (pretty much only happens when we reboot), tons of bounce notifications get sent out to l
